Twelve weeks ago, if someone had told me that in 12 short weeks I could change the shape of my body and have a lot more energy, I would have been sceptical. Now I’m proud to say that it has happened! This program should really be called a healthy lifestyle program or maybe a mind-body-soul harmonizing program! After 12 weeks I’m in the best shape of my life, have more energy than I’ve ever had and feel armed with knowledge and the skills to maintain a healthy metabolism.
In taking this journey with my spouse, we were able to help and support each other along the way. If one of us wanted to give into a craving, the other could be devil’s advocate or suggest a more nourishing option without any reservation. Needless to say, we learned a lot about ourselves and some more about each other along the way!
