Bowen Therapy can assist with in the different stages of pre-conception, pregnancy, labour, postpartum and baby’s health.

Bowen Therapy is a gentle form of bodywork that can address the body as a whole. It can stimulate the nervous system, encourage a state of relaxation, and assist the body in resetting and rebalancing. A series of gentle moves are applied to the soft tissue of the body, a pause is given between the sets of moves so the body can begin to facilitate a healing response.
